Databank Portal Open

The Single Scheme Databank Portal, is open for your organisation to upload 2024 data by 1st November, 2025.

Returns to the Single Scheme Databank are required each year. The Single Scheme Databank Portal has now been open since 1st July, 2025.

Files Required for Upload

As with previous years, Relevant Authorities will be required to upload 3 separate files to the Single Scheme Databank as follows;

  1. Membership
  2. Benefits
  3. Purchase & Transfer

If it is the case that your organisation does not have any data to record for a particular file type, you are still required to make a Nil Return. We would encourage all Relevant Authorities to begin preparing their files and ensuring that they have access to all of the necessary member information. Templates for each scheme file can be found at https://singlepensionscheme.gov.ie/databank/employers/resources/templates/

If you have any questions regarding the content of the files or how best to record a members details, please contact the team at singleschemequeries@per.gov.ie

User Access

In relation to user access for the Single Scheme Databank, we would ask that all Heads of Function and Local Databank Coordinators review the list of whom within their organisation has access to the Single Scheme Databank and thus can complete the upload. Access can be checked by going to the Single Scheme Databank homepage here.

If you cannot see the homepage, your IP address may need to be whitelisted and we should be contacted about this as soon as possible at singleschemequeries@per.gov.ie. Emails concerning whitelisting should include a screenshot of the relevant IP address. Please include your Relevant Authority Name and Number in the subject line of the email.

If you have had staff changes over the last number of months and require access be granted to new staff, please contact us and we will send you the required User setup forms. Please note that the creation of new user accounts can take up to 3 days to complete.

If you have any questions regarding the Databank or if you would like to discuss this year’s returns, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.

If you are no longer involved in the Single Scheme project, please bring this Notice to the attention of the appropriate member of staff within your organisation and ask that they contact us as soon as possible
