Pension Administrators in Relevant Authorities with technical policy-related queries that are not addressed in resources available on this website may forward their query to the DPER Single Scheme Policy Unit Central Contact Point:

Member Queries

This DPER Single Scheme queries mailbox is intended for use only by HR/pensions administrators across the public service to raise complex technical policy-related queries with DPER.

Any queries should be directed to your most recent or current HR, in the first instance, as they can provide more information on your own pension details.

We do not require or keep any personal information.

If you require more information on SPSS, please see the Standard Accrual members Booklet which is available on the single pension scheme website along with other Single Pension Scheme Information.

 

Important – Data Protection Notification:

Personal data of Single Scheme members should not be forwarded to the Single Scheme Project Team.

Queries should be forwarded on an anonymised basis only.

Personal data should also not be included with banking remittance details, in the filename of any attachments appended to emails or in the email subject line.

*Please do not send Pension Adjustment Orders to the Single Public Service Pension Scheme Team.
