The review of the Action Plan 2021/2022 was noted by Government in June 2023 and demonstrated significant improvements in compliance with the statutory responsibilities of Single Scheme administration across all sectors. However, there remain some specific areas of concern. Therefore, Government also approved a new Single Scheme Action Plan 2023/2024, to address these outstanding issues and maintain the high level of compliance achieved to-date. These actions focus on Section 38 Relevant Authorities (RAs) in the Health Sector, ETB RAs in the Education Sector, as well as actions for DPENDR.
