Further assistance for Relevant Authorities
If you are a pensions administrator in a Relevant Authority and your technical query is not addressed on the Databank technical resources section on this website:
- you should discuss your query with your organisation’s nominated Local Databank Coordinator in the first instance
- if your Local Databank Coordinator cannot assist with your technical query, they will make contact with DPER on your behalf.
Important – Data Protection Notification:
Databank Scheme Files containing personal information should only be securely uploaded via the Single Scheme Data Gathering & Validation Tool (DGVT) application. Under no circumstances should Single Scheme files containing personal information be e-mailed to DPER.
