| Purpose | This Statutory Instrument provides a facility to enable Single Scheme members to purchase retirement benefits in the Single Scheme and to enable Single Scheme members to transfer retirement benefits accrued in certain other Revenue approved Schemes and PRSAs into the Single Scheme. |
